Within the faculty for gifted humans, students' abilities are honed and they are opened up to opportunities, mainly employment, better suited to their skillsets. Controlling one's ability is not the easiest task, and gifted humans can often become consumed by their ability in their attempt to control it. The students at RITA are taught how to manage what they can do, as well as how to use it to contribute to society instead of using it for selfish gain or destruction. Other schools of this sort exist, but RITA is the most highly regarded and offers the best resources, teaching, future opportunities, and wholistic education. Students within the gifted faculty have classes in non-gifted faculties and vice versa, to ensure student well-roundedness.
